Faster and easier with the new solution based on UNIVERGE SV8100

Hotel Alexandra in Barcelona selected NEC's IP Hospitality communications solution to improve their guests' experience, increase efficiency and drive profits. After analysing the hotel's operation and the needs for improvement, an NEC UNIVERGE SV8100 communications platform was installed and integrated with the hotel's PMS (Tesipro).

The system deploys Jacob Jensen telephones in the guests rooms, mobile extensions for staff on-the-move throughout the hotel and CTI integration for dialing from Microsoft Outlook.
